EU eCTD M1 Version 3.0 released

From the specification: “In the EU, although the eCTD envelope contains several pieces of information about the eCTD application that the sequence belongs to, such as the procedure number and the trade name, there have been instances when an eCTD sequence has been loaded into the wrong application by the receiving agency. For this reason, all eCTD sequences built in accordance with this revised specification must contain a universal unique identifier (UUID), linking the sequence to the eCTD application to which it belongs.”
